08 Emplive Approve Adhoc/Recurring Unavailability

In this instruction you will learn to Approve Adhoc/Recurring Unavailability

Adhoc and Recurring unavailability is particularly used by casual and part-time workers to inform Junction when they are unavailable for a shift.

Adhoc unavailability is used when you have a one-off event and are not available for a shift  eg. have an exam, attend a funeral or child’s sport day.  Staff member informs you that there is an application pending your approval.  Supervisor approve via RosterLive

Recurring unavailability is when there is a regular event for example: attend uni, work at another organisation or volunteer at child’s school on a particular day.  Supervisors need to approve and manually enter applications for Recurring unavailability via EmpLive.

Staff cannot apply for leave in the current fortnight, this needs to be a conversation with you and manually entered.
